We provide psychological, psycho-educational, psycho-vocational assessments and diagnosis for older teens, young adults, and older adults.

Assessment/Diagnosis
We provide psychological, psycho-educational, psycho-vocational assessments and diagnosis for older teens, young adults, and older adults. Our assessments are comprehensive, and can also be specified to focus on particular issues, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Executive Function/ADHD, or Depression, Anxiety, Vocational, and Psycho-social issues.
Counselling

We can provide counselling for previously diagnosed/assessed conditions. Our areas of focus in counselling are disabilities, depression, ASD(Asperger’s), ADHD/Executive Function, anxiety, and social skills.

Groups

We also provide group sessions in social skills training/counselling using the PEERS for Teens and PEERS for Young Adults programs to assist those requiring communication/social interaction assistance.

ADHD Coaching
We have a Learning Strategist and Assistive Technologist on call who is available to provide coaching support to individuals requiring executive functioning/ADHD assistance in academics or in personal life.
Social Skills Training

Social interaction knowledge and abilities that allow individuals to successfully and productively interact with other individuals in their family, community, at school, and at work. It is about knowing the unwritten 'rules' of communication and social interaction and applying to every situation.

Kevin Reinhardt

Psychologist

Our Clinical Director, has spent 27 years working in post-secondary as a professor, assessor, learning strategist, assistive technologist, and counselor. He has been engaged in private practice as a Psychologist providing diagnosis and treatment for many years and has a particular interest in the diagnosis of Autism (Asperger’s) and issues that co-occur with Autism, as it appears in high functioning older teens, women, and adults of all ages. He regularly presents both nationally and internationally on matters related to disability and adult issues. He is registered as a Psychologist in Ontario.

Our Team

Our Learning Strategist and Assistive technologist working with us is a highly talented and respected individual provincially, nationally and internationally with many years of post-secondary experience in coaching adults and helping them to cope with learning and organizational challenges and with the application of Universal Learning Design at post-secondary.

Our Psychometrists are engaged in the study of psychology and studying/working toward their registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Both bring specific multifaceted perspectives to the practice. This perspective is informed by their current up to the minute studies in psychology, experience with presenting at provincial and national conferences and training, and themselves being young adults aware of the social and technological world confronting individuals today. They also bring the perspective of personal experience with ADHD, LD, and ASD in post-secondary education and employment.

Our certified ADHD Coach brings a grounded perspective shaped by specialized training in ADHD coaching and ongoing professional development. Their approach is informed by evidence‑based coaching methods, current research on attention and executive functioning, and an understanding of the fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment people navigate today. They draw on a deep appreciation of the diverse ways ADHD can show up in daily life, helping individuals build confidence, develop sustainable habits, and move toward meaningful change with clarity and support.
